These Terms of Use govern your use of Tinta Studio. By using Tinta Studio, you agree to these terms. They apply together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. The service

Tinta Studio is a reverse coloring book: an app that provides watercolor pages for you to draw line work on, a sample result for each page, and related drawing features. Premium subscribers receive a new page every day.

2. Accounts

Tinta Studio creates an anonymous account automatically so the app works without signing up. You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email and password, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile.

3. Tinta Studio Premium subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly, or yearly. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your Tinta Studio account or the app does not cancel it.
Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms; refunds are handled by Apple. RevenueCat manages subscription status on our behalf.

4. Daily pages

While your subscription is active, you receive one new page each day, the same page for every subscriber. Pages you receive stay available in your account after your subscription ends; new pages stop until you subscribe again. Pages released while you are not subscribed are not included.

5. Content and license

The coloring pages, sample results, and app design belong to Tinta Studio. We grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use them in the app and to keep and share the drawings you make. The line work you add is yours.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Tinta Studio, including by attempting to access pages or features you are not entitled to, copying or redistributing the pages outside the app, or interfering with its servers or services.

7. Availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or pages when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons.

8. Disclaimer

Tinta Studio is provided for creative and entertainment purposes “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tinta Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
